Qualifications

• Company Secretary– Candidates should be working Company Secretaries, and have Associate or Fellow membership of the ICSI
• Chief Financial Officer (CFO): For this role, you should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
• Head of Legal: LLB
• Head of Personnel & Administrative: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA), Master of Management Studies (MMS), Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (BE Civil), Bachelor of Technology (Civil) (BTech Civil).

Salary

1. Company Secretary: Rs. 70,000 to 2,00,000
2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Rs 80K to Rs 2.2L
3. Head of Legal: Rs 70K to Rs 2L
4. Head of Personnel & Administrative: Rs 80K to 2.2L
