Praja Palana Application form download and form filling procedure

Today the Telangana government released the Praja Palana Application form for all the six guarantee schemes Mahalakshmi Scheme, Gruha Jyothi Scheme, Indiramma Indlu, Yuva Vikasam, Rythu Bharosa, Cheyutha.

the application mode for the complete registration process is offline only, the beneficiaries must fill out the Praja Palana Application to avail of the benefits.

Registration starts on 28-12-2023 and ends on 06-01-2024

Step-by-Step Procedure to fill Praja Palana Application form

Whatsap Channel

This one is the first page of the Praja Palana application form.  in this form firstly you need to add your passport-size photo in the right top corner.

Applicants details:

1. enter the applicant’s name
2. tick your gender
3. select your caste and mark it
4. select your district
5. enter your Aadhar number
6. enter your ration card number
7. enter your mobile number
8. write down your occupation
9. in the table as per Serial Number fill in your family member’s details.
10. enter your house number, village, ward number, Mandal panchayath and district

from the second page of the application form directly tick on whichever scheme you are eligible for or applying for that scheme

Mahalakshmi scheme

1. if you are applying for 2500 Rs financial assistance tick there
2. if you are applying for a 500 Rs LPG subsidy then tick there and enter your gas connection number, gas provider name, and how many gas cylinders are required per year.

Rythu Bharosa Scheme

1. tick whether you are a farmer or not
2. Land record number
3. enter your survey number and dimensions of the land 

if you are an agriculture laborer then please tick in 2.1 row of the Rythu Bharosa scheme

Indiramma Indlu Scheme

1. if you belong to a shelterless family then tick on 1.1 of Indiramma Indlu
2. if you or your family members are involved in the freedom fight of Telangana then please tick in 2.1 row and provide the asked details including the FIR number.

Mahalakshmi Scheme Status

Gruha Jyothi Scheme

1. choose how many units of current are you consuming in a month currently and tick on that blank.
2. enter your house electricity meter connection number

Cheyutha Scheme

1. If you are handicapped then tick here and enter your registered Handicap ID
2. for others select a suitable blank.

Yuva Vikasam

registration for Yuva Vikasam is to be held separately.

Finally enter you name and signature in the 4th page of the application form

remaining work will done by the gazetted officer of your mandal and they will provide the reference copy of the application form for your future reference to check the status.
