Bank of Baroda has opened opportunities for both Retired Employees and Young Candidates who are looking to get into the banking sector, they have announced 4 vacancies for the position of BC supervisor on a contract basis. Those candidates who are interested in this recruitment need to first read the official notification provided to understand more about the recruitment process and also the eligibility criteria. Candidates getting selected will get a monthly exaggerated fixed component of Rs 15000 under a variable component of Rs 10000 and also those candidates who are getting selected need to agree to work on a contract basis for 36 months. Qualifications

Young Candidates

• Graduation with some computer knowledge in MS Office, Email, Internet Etc
• Preference will be given to candidates with MSc, BE(IT), MCA, or MBA degrees

Retired Bank Employee

• You must be a retired employee up to the rank of Cheif Manager
• Retired Clerks who have passed the JAIIB exam
• Have at least 3 years of experience in rural banking

Salary

1. Monthly Fixed: Rs 15,000
2. Variable: Rs. 10,000
